Great Job Sticking to P90X! Skipping core x for plyo is tough for me. I prefer Core over plyo. Plyo is killer! Good Luck

Ryan,

The best of luck next year for IM Louisville. It's a great race. The best advice I can give is to follow the Endurance Nation program (I don't get a commission!) as that was instrumental in my PR. Their race course preview is also worth listening to. Unfortunately, you will probably have a hot day - I was spoiled :-)

I've had some good results with P90X and it is a program I will incorporate for the rest of my life. I have had some discussions with runners about it and some see the benefits and some think they know everything. Personally, conditioning those rarely used muscles can't hurt. Seems like it would help over all performance in everything. Well at least it has for me.

Not sure if the previous comment went through...

I'm inspired by your recommendation! Now considering: http://www.diginexx.com/index/Reach/Entries/2009/8/6_Reach_Trail__S%242%2C100.html

I like long distance cycling. Need a bike that will be compact (so it fits in my office cabin and my room at home). A foldable bike is likely to do the trick here in Singapore. I'd like something I can use when overseas as well.
